Testimonial

Client: Charles Beers
Project: The project was designed and constructed in such a way as to allow for the changing needs of an elderly couple who would like to live out their golden years in the comfort of their own home. At the time of the remodel, the husband was dealing with an non healing diabetic wound on his foot and could be forced into surgery to amputate the lower part of the leg. He was still walking at the time but may be required to be wheeled into the shower, if he should have the surgery. A shower stall was installed inside an existing half bathroom that could easily be adapted into a roll in shower if the situation presented itself.

Client: Helen Boxwill
Project: This project was designed and constructed for our client that wanted her aging mother in the early stages of Alzheimer’s to move in with her. Mom also presented with a steady reduction in her physical abilities. The half submerged basement with a short set of stairs leading into it, was converted into a suite for mom. A half bath adjacent to the living space, was converted into a full bath in such a way as to allow full wheelchair accessibility if the situation should present itself.
