The Foldaway Wheelchair Shower is just such a product. It is a completely self-contained portable shower stall, which can be used anywhere there is access to warm water, a drain and a 110v. outlet such as a kitchen, a laundry room, or a bathroom that does not have accessible bathing facilities. The portable shower is designed for anyone who use wheelchairs or who find traditional bathing facilities difficult, or for whom bathroom re-modeling is not an option, or even while bathroom remodeling is underway. A person can set up the shower in less than five minutes out of the box, roll in, shower, and roll back out. It weighs less than 40 pounds and folds to 6 inches flat for easy storage and for transport, but opens to 36" x 34" x 48" for use.
